Always Machining is a mobile machining and welding company that specializes in line boring as well as axle repair. We provide a portable solution to repair worn out or damaged machines and trucks. Our equipment is set up to travel easily to your location and repair spindles or bores on site locally in Oregon and Washington. Just give us a call or text to set up an appointment!
Services
Mobile Line boring
Loose pin bores in your machine? No problem. We will come to you! Our line boring services can be completed onsite. No need to transport your heavy machinery, saving you time and money. Damaged excavator buckets, booms, sticks, hydraulic cylinder eyes. You name it, if it has a bore we can fix it!
Spindle replacement
Do you have a damaged axle? Or a spindle that’s needs repaired? No problem we can take car of it. We have a state of the art mobile lathe that can machine the housing on site. No need to remove the axle for repair. We can repair full floating axles, along with trailer axle spindles such as tortion or torflex.
Sleeving
King pin axle bore too loose? We have a portable solution to fix worn out or loose king pin eyes. We can bore out and re bushing the axle with a sleeve on sight! Axle repair is our specialty!
